You can take a look to skills and studies if you want to know what I can offer as an instructor. I don't think of myself as strictly a 'yoga instructor' or 'qigong instructor'. I am using these methods to stimulate awareness in the mind and body… I'm an awareness enthusiast… and I like to talk about it, a lot! If you're not sure, drop me a line with your inquiries!
